Struggling with chronic pain? Explore the Āyurvedic perspective to pain and learn suggestions to begin to reduce chronic pain.

Āyurveda, a 5,000-year-old science that comes to us from India, has a unique perspective on pain management. Āyurveda is not a one-size-fits all healing tradition. It looks at the different causes of pain and the different qualities present in the body to assess the best method for reducing pain. Natural oils, dry powders, proper diet and working with the mind are a few of the tools Āyurveda utilizes for pain management. Join Belinda to explore self-care healing modalities that can begin to make a shift in chronic pain.
