Āyurveda, a 5000-year-old science that hails from India, offers sleep routines and rituals that work to ground and stabilize our emotions and nervous system, allowing us to get better sleep.

 Āyurveda tells us that sleep is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. While Āyurveda recognizes that every person may need a different amount of sleep. it indicates that sleep should be sound and should happen at a certain time of night.

 Join Belinda to explore night time routines to help deepen sleep and shift patterns that may be unhelpful. 

These simple practices contribute to creating deep, healing sleep.
