Meet with like-minded individuals online to explore Ayurvedic rituals and tools for getting a good sleep. In this busy world, there can be a feeling of loneliness when trying to figure out how to make changes in one's life. With this program, you will have Belinda's support and the support of the others in the group to make positive transformations possible. Every Sunday 10-11:30 am EDT on Zoom starting February 25th. The Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care* indicates that 33% of adults in their study suffered from insomnia, and 27% of them did not even realize that they had sleep issues. If you are not falling asleep by 10 pm, or waking up at any point in the night, you may fall into this group of those who suffer from insomnia. Ayurveda gives us tools to help to fall asleep, stay asleep, and get deep sleep. We will take our time over these 6 weeks to explore different sleep rituals and tools so that you can try them on your own. Each week there will be time for you to discuss how these practices are working in your life and get support in troubleshooting any issues you may be having.
