Start your Sunday morning, and your week, off right with an online group breathing and meditation 5-week series. A weekly pracitce of different breath and meditation techniques will be explained and practiced. Encouragement to create an individual routine will be emphasized. Time to share successes and struggles with like-minded participants will offer support to deepen the experience. Sundays Sept 12 - Oct 10
