About the Event

In this online 5-week series, we will explore the breath while building a home practice that will sustain you in times of stress. Concentration and meditation practices will be introduced that can be implemented at home or whenever you need them. 

Time will be devoted to giving everyone a chance to share how their practice is working and the benefits and struggles that may be revealed during individual practice. This is a particularly sweet way to connect with others while meeting online. 

Encouragement will be offered to start and sustain an individual practice during the week in a way that fits your life. 

Dates: 5 Consecutive Weeks, Starting March 27 to April 24

Time: 8:30-9:45 am EDT
