About the Event
Breathing (Prānāyāma) can be a gateway to help prepare the mind for meditation practices. Many people struggle with meditation, but breathing and concentration techniques can be key to jumpstarting a meditation practices. To facilitate connection with other people participating in the series, time will be dedicated to checking in to see what's working and what is challenging in your practice. Questions will be addressed throughout the series.
