About the event

During times of stress, the body struggles to maintain good immunity. A healthy diet, strong digestion, good sleep and the right amount of exercise for one’s body type all contribute to a strong immune system. Join Belinda to explore ways to boost immunity during these difficult times using the ancient practices of Āyurveda.

*Belinda is currently in India, and while the electricity and internet connections have greatly improved over the last few years, there is still a chance that we may need to reschedule our workshop due to technical difficulties.
