Finding Peace with Breathing and Meditation Practices: 5-Week Series beginning Sat, Feb 20 - Mar 20

Join Belinda and other like-minded individuals for 1 hour 15 minutes every Saturday for 5 weeks to decompress, breathe and meditate together. It's a great way to share the gifts and struggles of practice with others while you create a sustainable daily practice that supports your life.

Finding Peace through Breathing and Meditation Practices is open to everyone regardless of experience with these techniques. Every week will include a check-in, a small talk and breathing and meditation/concentration practices that you will be encouraged to incorporate into your daily life. These practices, even when performed for a short time, can change the entire mood of the day.
