Finding Peace through Breathing and Meditation Practices is open to everyone regardless of experience with these techniques. Every week will include a check-in, a small talk and breathing and meditation/concentration practices that you will be encouraged to incorporate into your daily life. These practices, even when performed for a short time, can change the entire mood of the day.
