These treatments are most beneficial when received in a series of 3 or more. This 60-minute treatment includes an application of oil to the head, face, and shoulders. Combine with a full-body treatment for a discounted price. Recieving a full body treatment before shirodhara helps the body to relax to prepare for the shirodhara. **It is imperative to make some time to rest after this treatment and avoid watching TV or movies or doing anything else stimulating to the mind for the rest of the day.
