Service Description

Gharshana is a vigorous scrubbing with raw silk gloves. The methodical scrubbing of Gharshana opens the pores to allow deeper penetration of the oil, stimulates the flow of lymph and blood circulation and invigorates the body. You will get to keep the gloves used for the treatment. Abhyanga is an oil application treatment designed to penetrate the skin, relax the mind and break up impurities. It stimulates both lymphatic and arterial circulation, which helps to deliver nutrients to starved cells while removing stagnant waste. Abhyanga results in a heightened state of awareness, which directs the internal healing system of the body. Healing and spiritual power begin to manifest in the body as Abhyanga opens these internal pathways. These two treatments combined leave one feeling invigorated and relaxed.
