In this 90-minute Initial Consultation online, we will discuss your health history and current concerns. Before the appointment, please fill out the intake form which will be emailed to you after you book. Belinda takes the majority of the session to listen to you and hear your concerns. Then we will explore personalized Ayurvedic recommendations to help bring your life back to balance. We will work together to find the Ayurvedic tools and techniques that fit best into your life and your time constraints during the Ayurvedic consultation online. A follow-up Ayurvedic consultation online appointment after 3-4 weeks is strongly encouraged to check progress and help troubleshoot any difficulties you may be having with the recommendations.
