Vishesh is a deep tissue form of Abhyanga which breaks up adhesions and stimulates previously compromised circulation in muscle and fat tissue. This treatment is very different from conventional deep tissue work. It breaks up fibrous scar tissue that builds up in the musculature due to emotional, mental and physical stress. Vishesh opens blocked channels allowing access to deep-seated tissues of the body and mind.
