These last few years have been challenging for many, and some may find that anxiety and depression have intensified.
Āyurveda, a 5000-year-old sister science of Yoga, offers tools to help ease depression and anxiety.
In this series, we will dive into the Āyurvedic view of the mind and explore daily practices that will help to bring the mind into a more balanced state.
