EASING DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY WITH ĀYURVEDA

According to the CDC, 36% of American adults were categorized as having anxiety. And nearly 10% suffer from depression, as stated in US News. You are not alone.


These last few years have been challenging for many, and some may find that anxiety and depression have intensified.


Āyurveda, a 5000-year-old sister science of Yoga, offers tools to help ease depression and anxiety. 


In this series, we will dive into the Āyurvedic view of the mind and explore daily practices that will help to bring the mind into a more balanced state. Attend all of the classes to receive support in implementing these rituals into your daily life while enjoying the company of like-minded individuals who are on the same journey to feel more fully alive.
