Discover, or deepen, your meditation practice through guided breathing techniques (Prānāyāma) and Meditation tools. Prānāyāma practices stimulate the life force energy, bringing healing to the body and mind. The chatter of the mind begins to slow, expanding the possibility to deepen the meditation experience. If you don’t have a meditation practice or struggle with your meditation practice or love your meditation practice, but would like to go deeper, please join us!
