Service Description

Ayurveda, an ancient science that comes to us from India, has seasonal recommendations that will help you stay in balance all year long. We currently live so far removed from the rhythms of nature that we often eat the same foods and do the same activities year-round. Ayurveda can help us find those natural seasonal rhythms again, learn how with each 60-minute Ayurvedic consultation online. The first Ayurvedic consultation online will include a detailed health history with seasonal recommendations for the current season. Each additional Ayurvedic consultation online will review the recommendations from the last appointment and introduce new recommendations for the current season.
