Experiencing the profound effects of the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda, and the rest of the Vedic sciences, has propelled her forward to share this common sense, life-changing information with others. In addition, she brings a depth and breadth of experience in yoga instruction to her practice.
Belinda leads both Sight-Seeing, Ayurvedic Learning retreats and Ayurvedic Healing retreats to India.
These days, Belinda is lucky enough to spend her time on the road, visiting different locals and sharing her love of Ayurveda.
