Āyurveda is a 5000-year-old science of wellness that comes to us from India, but it is inherent in all indigenous cultures. Diet and lifestyle practices are implemented to bring about optimal balance and health in each individual. Sleep is one of the Four Pillars of Āyurveda along with diet, lifestyle and conserving of energy.

Join Belinda to explore the Āyurvedic perspective of sleep and experiment with diet and lifestyle habits in the laboratory of the self. We will meet for four weeks in a row so that you can assess and share how the practices resonate in your body and in your sleep patterns. Time will be dedicated to checking in each week and connecting around this central theme of sleep. Receive encouragement to make lasting lifelong changes to sleep and enjoy getting to know others who may be struggling with this same issue. An introduction to Āyurveda and the doṣas will be interspersed throughout the four weeks.

In collaboration with The Center for Family Well-Being

*Please understand that Belinda is in India, and while internet connection and electricity have come a long way over the years here, there is a possibility that we could have a disruption to class.
