These practices help you sleep better, calm an overactive mind, soothe hormonal changes, and restore a grounded daily rhythm without pushing or perfectionism.

Q: What kinds of wellness programs do you offer? A: I offer seasonal mini courses, guided Ayurvedic resets, and self-paced programs focused on sleep, digestion, daily rhythms, and emotional balance. Each one is rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and designed especially for women 40+ navigating real-life challenges.

Q: Do I need to be familiar with Ayurveda to join? A: Not at all. My programs are created to be accessible, even if you’re brand new to Ayurveda. You’ll be gently guided every step of the way with clear language and practical tools.

Q: How much time do I need to commit? A: Most programs are intentionally light and rhythm-based—designed to fit into your daily life, not overwhelm it. Many women start with just 10–20 minutes a day and see meaningful results.

Q: Are your courses live or self-paced? A: Most programs are self-paced so you can move through the content on your own schedule. Occasionally, I offer live seasonal sessions with extra support—those will be clearly marked.

Q: What’s the difference between a free resource and a paid course? A: Free resources are perfect for getting started, while paid programs offer a deeper, more guided experience with structure, support, and step-by-step teachings. If you’re ready to go further, my courses are where transformation begins.
