Hi, I’m Belinda.

I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping women reclaim their natural vitality.

My own journey has led me deep into the Himalayas of India and Nepal, where I spent years living while deepening my studies and practices of Ayurveda and meditation.

These years of immersion shaped the very practices you find in this library.

I created these meditations to be a bridge between that timeless wisdom and your daily life by offering you a simple, grounded way to soothe your nervous system and return to your center. About Belinda

FAQs Ayurvedic Meditation Library

Q: What is Ayurveda, and how does it support sleep and nervous system balance? A: Ayurveda is a holistic system of healing that helps you align with nature’s rhythms. When your daily routine, breath, and emotions move in harmony, sleep and digestion naturally improve. These guided Ayurvedic meditations are designed to calm Vata dosha (the energy of movement and worry), cool Pitta (heat and irritability), and stabilize Kapha (heaviness and sluggishness). Through breath, visualization, and awareness, they bring your nervous system into a more grounded, restful state.

Q: Are these meditations for beginners? A: Yes — every meditation is beginner-friendly. You don’t need experience with meditation or Ayurveda. Each practice begins with simple guidance to help you settle your body, regulate your breath, and understand the Ayurvedic principle behind the session. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll find each practice meets you exactly where you are.

Q: Who are these meditations for? A: This library is created especially for women over 40 who are navigating changes in sleep, hormones, and stress resilience. If you often feel anxious, overheated, restless, or fatigued, or if your mind has trouble slowing down at night, these meditations are for you. They’re gentle, grounding, and focused on restoring balance rather than perfection.

Q: How do I access the meditations after I join? A: Once you sign up, you’ll receive instant access to the Members-Only Meditation Library on my website. Simply log in to your member account and visit your Meditation Library dashboard. You can stream every meditation directly from your phone, tablet, or computer, no extra app or password required.

Q: Can I listen offline or download the meditations? A: At this time, meditations are designed for secure online streaming through the Members Library. This helps protect your privacy and ensures you always have access to the most updated versions.

Q: What types of meditations are included? A: New meditations will be added monthly. Over the year, 25 guided Ayurvedic meditations will be organized into clear categories: Sleep + Bedtime Meditations Vata Grounding + Nervous System Calm Menopause + Midlife Emotional Support Ayurvedic Morning + Midday Reset Seasonal Practices for Balance Throughout the Year Each one is between 7–20 minutes, blending Ayurvedic wisdom with soothing guidance for body and mind.

Q: How often are new meditations added? A: New meditations are added monthly, following Ayurvedic rhythms. Members receive instant access to every new upload, including themed series for seasonal transitions, hormonal balance, and emotional renewal.

Q: What’s the difference between the monthly and yearly membership? A: The monthly plan offers flexible access for $10 per month and can be canceled anytime. The yearly plan ($108/year) includes all seasonal updates automatically and you one free month. Both plans include full access to every meditation in the library.

Q: What if I join and decide it’s not for me? A: No problem at all. You can cancel anytime from your Member Account. If you cancel within 7 days of joining, just sign into your Member account and cancel, with no questions asked. Ayurveda teaches that rhythm and trust go hand in hand, and I want this experience to feel good for you. Please let me know if you have any difficulty canceling.

Q: How can I get the most out of my membership? A: Choose one meditation to listen to daily or weekly, ideally at the same time each day. Create a simple ritual: dim the lights, anoint your temples with oil, or sip warm tea before you begin. Over time, these small, steady rhythms retrain the body to rest, digest, and restore, which is the heart of Ayurvedic healing.

Need extra support?
You can always contact me directly through your Members Dashboard if you have questions about where to begin or which meditations are best for your current season of life. Or email me.
