About the event

Āyurveda, a 5,000-year-old science that comes to us from India, has a unique perspective on pain management. Āyurveda is not a one-size-fits all healing tradition. It looks at the different causes of pain and the different qualities present in the body to assess the best method for reducing pain.

Natural oils, dry powders, proper diet and working with the mind are a few of the tools Āyurveda utilizes for pain management.

Join Belinda to explore these self-care healing modalities that can begin to make a shift in chronic pain.

Meeting over 5-weeks will allow participants to experiment with the different pain management techniques, report on how effective the suggestions were and receive recommendations to make these techniques more effective.

Attending every session will yield the maximum benefit.

This series is offered on a sliding scale: $5 per class to $30 per class. If anyone is unable to pay the minimum fee, please email Belinda for a scholarship. belinda@wisewomanayurveda.com

Please make payment to PayPal: belinda@belindabaer.com or paypal.me/belindabaer
