Take some time this summer to breathe. Meet with like minded individuals online Sunday mornings to breathe and meditate. Utilize different breath and meditation techniques to help calm the mind and enrich the life. Recieve encouragement to establish and maintain a daily practice.

Cost: By donation (suggested $100 for series)
