This workshop is offered for free or by donation to help those that may be struggling financially right now. Donations can be made to PayPal  OR Venmo @belinda-baer

Breathing practices stimulate the life force energy, bringing healing to the body and mind. The chatter of the mind begins to slow, expanding the possibility to deepen the meditation experience. If you don’t have a meditation practice or struggle with your meditation practice or love your meditation practice, but would like to go deeper, please join us!

Open to all, no experience necessary.
