Have you ever felt like something in your body is just not quite right, but doctors can’t find anything wrong? Āyurveda is a 5000-year-old sister science of Yoga that recognizes the early symptoms of disease and gives recommendations that can be utilized to bring the body back into balance.
In this series, we’ll discuss the basic principles of Āyurveda and explore tools and techniques to balance the body and mind.
