I have experienced this process myself, and am enjoying the healing benefits of this ancient practice of cleansing and rejuvenation. The healing continues even after the 21 or 28 days end. For 3 months in 2016, I volunteered at this Ayurvedic Healing Center and have complete faith in and respect for these talented and dedicated doctors.  

Each Ayurvedic healing program is designed specifically for the individual, based on your constitution, current state of balance and the time you have available. Some individuals will go through a deep cleansing process followed by rejuvenation, and others may go through a more nourishing and rebuilding rejuvenation process, according to the needs of the individual. 

I have had group participants decided to extend their stay to 28 days because they were feeling the benefits of the treatments and wanted to go deeper. Please consider this when deciding between the 21 or 28 day stay. I personally found the 28 day stay to feel much more complete than the 21 day stay. 

This process works at a cellular level on all of the tissues of the body to clear deeply imbedded physical and emotional impressions (samskaras). It is a life-changing process that doesn’t end with the 21-28 day stay at the center. More effects with be felt in the 6-9 months following the end of your stay. 21 days are required for Pancha Karma to be effective. 

The accommodations are lovely. Each room has a balcony that looks out at nature; a second room with a table for eating, writing, etc.; mosquito net and stone tiled bathroom.
