Swastha is a Sanskrit term which indicates being seated within oneself. Āyurveda gives us 20 Qualities to use in order to help us find this state of swastha. Join Belinda in this exploration which will include meditation, an introduction to the 20 Qualities and time to investigate and discuss the use of these principles in your everyday life. Come together with like-minded individuals to delve deeper into the self.
