About the event

Āyurveda is a 5000-year-old science that comes to us from India. This ancient tradition offers tools and techniques to deal with anxiety and depression present in our modern world. 

Meet online with others to explore these practices, try them for yourself and then discuss the effects and receive recommendations to make the practices even more effective during this 5-week series. 

Attending every session increases the benefits of this series.

Sliding scale suggested donation: $5 to $30 per session.
