Grounding Ayurvedic Soups for Restful Sleep:
A Live Online Culinary & Sleep Support Workshop

In 2010, before studying Ayurveda, the importance of the evening meal for restorative sleep was completely off my radar.
My habit was eating my heaviest meal late in the evening, right before crawling into bed, while wondering why both my digestion and sleep were so disturbed.

Over the years, shifting dinner earlier and adopting a simpler evening meal, most often soup, transformed my nights.
Soup naturally calms Vata dosha, which is frequently the primary culprit behind fall and winter sleep disturbances.

Eventually, a simple method emerged in my kitchen: warming ghee, gently heating supportive spices, adding seasonal vegetables, and incorporating nutrient-dense add-ons. The soups were easy, light on evening digestion, and so delicious that friends constantly asked for the recipes.

Now, I want to share this simple process with you.
