Frequently Asked Questions

Why does traditional Ayurveda recommend putting herbal oil inside the ears?

The ears are a major seat of Vata and are highly sensitive to environmental dryness, wind, and noise stress. Gently lubricating the ear canals with a warm, herbalized oil is a time-tested way to soothe the nervous system, quiet a racing mind, and ease internal dryness.

How often can I use the Healthy Ear Oil, and should I warm it first?

Warming the bottle gently in a cup of warm water makes the experience much more comfortable and helps the oil absorb beautifully. Many find that practicing this ritual once or twice a week offers lovely grounding support, and others use it daily, especially during dry or cold seasons.
