A Year of Ayurvedic Living: Sleep and Nervous System Deep Dive

A year-long, twice-per-month community for women 40+ who want to feel fully alive.

Choose one of 2 different communities:

  • Starting Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, 10-11/11:15 am EDT

  • Starting Wednesday, February 4th, 2026, 7:30-8:30/8:45 pm EDT

Have you been craving deeper sleep and a nervous system reset?

Have you been longing for a group of like-minded people to share your journey?

Have you wanted to feel more alive?

Ayurveda isn’t something we master in a weekend.

It’s something we live.

Slowly. Seasonally. With support.

This year-long program is your invitation to return to a rhythm that feels like coming home to your body, your energy, and your inner wisdom.

It's an invitation to deepen your commitment to transform your sleep and your nervous system.

A year can shift your life, especially when you're learning in community.

You don’t have to do this alone.

This group will offer support and encouragement to make small, transformational changes to your sleep and nervous system throughout this year.

Join one of two groups on Tuesday mornings or Wednesday nights:

  • Tuesday group meets 1st and 3rd Tuesday, starting February 3rd, 10-11/11:15 am EDT.

  • Wednesday group meets 1st and 3rd Wednesday starting February 4th, 7:30-8:30/8:45

Classes are 60 minutes plus an optional 15 minutes for integration.

Why a Year?

Because shifting your sleep and nervous system isn't instant.

Because each season asks something different of us.

Because women 40+ need something deeper than “quick fixes.”

Because a gentle, twice-a-month rhythm gives you space to integrate with ease.

This class creates a space to live fully with support.

Q: What is A Year of Ayurvedic Living: Sleep and Nervous System Deep Dive? A: A Year of Ayurvedic Living: Sleep and Nervous System Deep Dive is a year-long, twice-per-month program designed to help women 40+ to sleep and soothe the nervous system. You’ll receive simple lifestyle tools to help you sleep and calm your nervous system that meet you exactly where you are. This program blends classical Ayurveda with modern needs of women over 40 so you can feel grounded, energized, and fully alive throughout the year.

Q: Who is this program for? A: This program is created specifically for women 40+ who want gentle, sustainable Ayurvedic support to help with sleep and nervous system balancing. It’s ideal for anyone feeling stressed, out of rhythm, overstimulated, fatigued, or disconnected from their body. If you’re craving consistency, accountability, softness, and an anchored nervous system, you will feel at home here.

Q: What will I learn each month? A: Each month works introduces new Ayurvedic wisdom for sleep and nervous system balance. You’ll learn practical, do-able daily ritual ideas, seasonal foods, supportive herbs, grounding practices, gentle movement options, sleep support, and nervous system tools.

Q: How often does the group meet? A: We meet twice per month. You can choose to meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday mornings or the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings. Choose the class that fits you best as you cannot go back and forth between the two times. Each gathering is 60 minutes, with an optional 15-minute integration space at the end for those who want to stay for deeper integration. This rhythm allows you to learn, integrate, return, and deepen without feeling overwhelmed or rushed.

Q: Will the sessions be recorded? A: No. This class is intentionally not recorded to support presence, safety, and genuine community. Women show up more consistently and receive deeper benefits when the space is live, intimate, and held in real time. Not recording protects the integrity of the group and helps you actually integrate the practices rather than collecting more content.

Q: What if I can’t attend a session? A: Life happens. Missing a session won’t derail your progress. Because we meet twice each month, you can easily reconnect at the next gathering. You continue to work with the guidance and practices on your own. The focus is on rhythm, not perfection.

Q: Do I need to know Ayurveda already? A: Not at all. This program is beginner-friendly and also deeply supportive for returning students. You’ll receive clear, simple explanations and step-by-step seasonal practices that make Ayurveda feel accessible, warm, and easy to implement. Belinda is skilled at making it simple for beginners to understand while answering the tough questions posed by more seasoned students.

Q: How much time will this take each month? A: You’ll spend about 2–2.5 hours total per month in community gatherings. Your home practices are flexible and designed to fit into real life so they can often just take a few minutes per day. Ayurveda works best when it’s simple, gentle, and consistent.

Q: What results can I expect? A: While every woman’s body is unique, past participants often experience: better sleep improved digestion more energy emotional steadiness nervous system resilience fewer seasonal symptoms a sense of belonging and support feeling more present and alive in their body Your transformation unfolds slowly, season by season, in a way you can actually feel and sustain.

Q: Can I cancel my membership during the year? A: Enrollment in A Year of Ayurvedic Living is a full 12-month commitment. Monthly payments are offered for convenience, but this is not a subscription that can be canceled at any time. Because this program is built on consistency, community safety, and long-term rhythm, cancellations are not permitted and refunds are not offered. Please join only if this feels like a wholehearted yes.

Q: Why is this a 12-month commitment? A: Ayurvedic living is not a quick fix. It’s a gradual shift in rhythm, nervous system, digestion, and lifestyle. A year-long container allows you to move through all four seasons with guidance, deepen into daily practices, and experience meaningful change. Consistency builds trust, and trust builds transformation.

Q: How much does the program cost? A: Early Bird (Dec 26–Jan 15): $77/month $770/year Regular Pricing (Jan 15-Feb 3/4): $108/month $1080/year The monthly option is a payment plan for the full year, not a month-to-month subscription.

Q: Is this program worth it if I’m already familiar with Ayurveda? A: Yes. Even if you’ve studied Ayurveda, most women struggle with the living part: staying consistent, nourishing themselves through the seasons, and not doing it alone. This program gives you structure, rhythm, and accountability, the pieces that create real change.

Q: What if I join late? A: You can join anytime between Dec 26 and Jan 3/4. Enrollment closes on January 4 and will not reopen until the next year. Enrollment closes because the container builds safety, trust, and steady rhythm, which are essential elements for deep work.

Q: Will I need special ingredients or Ayurvedic supplies? A: No. I emphasize accessibility and practicality. You can participate fully using simple ingredients, pantry staples, and home practices. Any recommended items are optional.

Q: What technology do I need? A: Just a browser on a device (phone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection. All sessions are live and simple to join. No apps, learning platforms, or complex log-ins.
